Minutes of an extra-ordinary meeting of Stutton cum Hazlewood Parish Council held at
1940 hrs on Thursday, 25th July 2013 at Stutton Village Hall
Present:- Cllr Birchall, Cllr Aarons, Cllr Wrigglesworth, Cllr Heard.
Clerk: – H Fothergill.
As Cllr Fawcett was absent from the meeting, it was proposed by Cllr Aarons that Cllr Birchall should act as Chair. This was seconded by Cllr Heard. It was resolved that Cllr Birchall would assume the Chair for this meeting.
12060 APOLOGIES – Cllr Fawcett
12061 PLANNING – The following application (1) was discussed:-
Erection of a Single Storey extension to the rear, and a porch to the front – Paddock House, Manor Road, Stutton.
There were no observations other than that the application should comply with the requirements under the Village Design Statement.
There was no further business and the meeting closed at 1950 hrs.
