Minutes of the Stutton cum Hazlewood Parish Council Annual Meeting held at
1930 hrs on 9th May 2013 at Stutton Village Hall
Present:- Councillor Aarons, Cllr Birchall, Councillor Fawcett, Cllr Heard,
Cllr Wrigglesworth
Clerks – H Fothergill and H P Smith
Apologies:- None
The meeting began at 1930 hrs.
AM1301 ELECTION OF A CHAIRMAN. It was proposed by Cllr Birchall that Cllr Fawcett should be Chairman for the forthcoming year. This was seconded by Cllr Aarons. Cllr Fawcett accepted the office. This motion was carried. The Declaration of Acceptance of Office for Chairman was duly read and signed by Cllr Fawcett.
AM1302 ELECTION OF A VICE CHAIRMAN It was proposed by Cllr Birchall not to elect a Vice Chairman but to appoint a member of the Council to act as Chairman for meetings when the appointed Chairman is absent. This was seconded by Cllr Wrigglesworth. This motion was carried.
There was no further business and the meeting closed. The ordinary meeting of the Parish Council for May 2013 continued at 1940 hrs..
