Minutes:
1.0 Apologies – None.
2.0 Declaration of Interests – Cllr. Wrigglesworth declared an interest in a Planning Application 2015/0742/HPA – Chapel Cottage, Green Lane, Stutton.
3.0 Item 1 – 2015/0727/HPA – First floor side and rear extension. 63 Garnet Lane, Tadcaster, LS24 9LD. No issues or objections.
4.0 2015/0742/HPA – Single storey side extension. Chapel Cottage, Green Lane, Stutton. Cllr Wrigglesworth not present. No objections however LP to request a sample of the stone to be used to ensure it meets the requirements identified within the Stutton Village Design Statement.
